THE ORB WARRANTY

We are positive your Orb will outlast most of us, however we wish to reassure you that in the event of a problem, customer service gets priority.

We warrant to the original consumer/purchaser of Orb Led Torch that it will be free from defects in material or workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase.

The Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, abuse, accidents or negligence of the precautions, battery, improper maintenance, commercial use, cracked or Broken Glass. Warranty is void if persons not authorized by ORB make repairs.

During the warranty period the product will be either repaired or replaced Orb without a charge. For warranty repairs include your proof of purchase.

We can not refund Shipping Charges, which are required for all orders.
